Meeting 2.2.2023
-Opening reminder: March 18 is the conference date!
-Mitchell will be in charge of hosting the zoom for conference since Vandy has unlimited minutes.
Hunter: We had a Tip Tuesday and I have completed the bid submission form.
Sydney: I have the registration link done and ready to go. It also asks about whether submitters
wish to present at conference. I will send it out Monday, so registration will open then.
Sydney: I will be looking through what schools we have previously sent registration to, and will be
emailing Mitchell and Jessup to confirm.
Mitchell: You can also send it to the SEAHO rep and she can send it out as well.
Sydney: TACUHO- we received an email from Mitchell regarding merging conference with them.
We will discuss that more in depth next week.
Mitchell: SEAHO will be in late February and they won’t have an official decision until after that.
Sydney: I sent out a to-do list for TARH that lets us see what everyone needs to be doing in
order to prepare for conference.
Sydney: Jessup, can you send me the schedule you made last year from TARH so I can see
what that looked like last year?
Dillon: I have the theme graphic done. It has the theme, day, and that it will be virtual. There is
also a new post with a throwback to superTARH. There will be another teaser posted
soon. We might post a video as well with some of us trying to hype up conference even
though it will be online. I started the awards template as well.
Do we want one template for all the awards, or have multiple?
Sydney: I think we can stick with the one template.
Dillon: Hunter, would we like to make a black history post for tip tuesday?
Hunter: That is already the plan!
Dillon: Some members of my staff are interested in presenting, but do not really know what it is,
do we have anything I could share with them to help them know what to expect?
Sydney: They do not need to be super long, around 30 minutes. There will be breakout rooms,
and people choose which meetings to go to.
Sydney: Seth, can you be in charge of organizing the new schedule for this year?
Dillon: Let’s schedule TARH takeovers. They will be on Thursdays.
-Sydney will go first.
-Seth will go second.
-Dillon will go third.
-Hunter will go fourth.
